Q: Where is the theater located?

A: The theater is located at 6008 W. Irving Park Rd on the historic NW side of Chicago.

 

Q: How can I buy tickets?

A: You can buy tickets from our website at www.thepatiotheater.com

 

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled.

 

Q: Is the theater available for private events? 

A: Yes! Depending on the date and time we are open to the public to book private events, movies and other things. Please contact info@zenithmusicgroup.com to get started with your event.  

 

Q: How old do you have to be to attend events at Patio Theater?

A: Unless otherwise posted our theater is all ages.

 

Q: Do I need ID to enter the venue?

A: Yes, if there is an age restriction on the event.  An ID is also required if you plan on drinking alcohol. Because we are an all-ages venue we take checking ID’s very seriously. In compliance with Illinois laws anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID, no matter how old you think you may look. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will be treated as under 21 and not allowed to buy, hold or drink alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

 

Q: What time does the band go on?

A: The time listed on your ticket and on the purchase page of the website is the door time, not the show time. Set times vary and typically are not announced till the day of the show. Please keep in mind that set times, as well as opening acts, are always subject to change without notice. We suggest you arrive early. 

 

Q: What time should I get there to get a good place to see the show?

A: We like to think that there are no bad sight lines in the club, but if you’re one of those folks who needs to be right up front we suggest you be in line before doors open. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up there may already be people ahead of you in line and you are not guaranteed any particular spots inside.

 

Q: Do you have a dress code?

A: We only insist that you be dressed and wear shoes. Sensible footwear is strongly advised and there are occasionally shows where spiked jewelry and chains will not be allowed. Personal items such as pocket knives, pepper spray, flasks, outside food and drinks or anything that could be considered dangerous or contraband will not be allowed in the building. Purses and bags will be searched prior to entry.

 

Q: Where can I park my car?

A: Street parking is available all around the theater off of Irving Park Road.  

 

Q: Does The Patio Theater have an e-mail list? How can I be included?

A: Yes. We send out weekly e-mail updates that include information on just announced shows, yet-to-be-advertised shows and exclusive pre-sales. If you wish to be included please submit your email in the top right corner of our website.
